Parking Lot Crack Fill
We recommend our crack filling services to help prevent moisture from getting into your parking lot and causing extensive damage. Pavement deterioration and oxidation naturally lead to cracks in the parking lot surface, but if you don't act in a timely fashion, you may end up needing more extensive repairs. Cracks are unattractive, and they pose a safety risk to anyone walking in your parking lot. We will assess your parking lot and fill in any cracks deemed a problem, using infrared heating to fill larger cracks for the best possible results.
Parking Lot Pothole Repair
If you have potholes in your parking lot, it's essential to have them repaired as soon as possible. Having potholes creates serious liability issues and risks your employees, customers, and visitors' safety daily. It's also unattractive and unprofessional looking, which could result in lost business and fewer visitors. At BCS, we use sometimes use infrared heating for potholes because it is more eco-friendly and economical when compared to traditional repair methods. Infrared heating is also faster and can be used in cold temperatures.
Asphalt Parking Lots
Mill and overlay refer to grinding the top layer of existing asphalt off using a large milling machine. Afterward, this layer is replaced with a new hot mix asphalt (HMA) riding surface. The standard depth of milling is 1 to 2 inches depending on the condition of the existing surface. Mill and overlay services are usually recommended for pavement showing mild to moderate cracking, raveling, bleeding, or oxidation. Before the surface is completed, a leveling course may be applied to resolve any profile issues affecting the quality of the surface. When you work with BCS, we will assess your parking lot and give an honest opinion on the extent of work and asphalt repair that needs to be done.

Commercial sidewalk repair and maintenance can make a big difference in your property's safety level and the experience of your employees, customers, and visitors. BCS can replace sections of your sidewalk as needed for your concrete sidewalk in case of damage, and we can also grind the concrete down as necessary so that people don't trip and fall.
